Our Mission

Our mission is to provide vital resources to develop the skills of leaders to extend their impact in the community. IOM will refine the leadership and management techniques of participants by capitalizing upon existing skills, teaching new skills and equipping them with the essential structural tools for success.

Our Purpose

The purpose for the Institute of Organizational Management is to develop more passionate, skilled and effective leaders through an experiential, mentoring and interactive training program. The main objective for IOM is to encourage and help the leader perfect his or her leadership and management techniques in a wide range of key areas, either by developing new skills or by enhancing existing ones.

The institute of organizational management is a 501c3 non-profit organization, that equips emerging leaders, marriages, parents and individuals in becoming more passionate skilled and effective leaders through a mentoring and interactive training programs.
